Marcus Jones, DPT
Marcus Jones is a native of Northwest Arkansas having graduated locally from Deer High School and North Arkansas College. He is proud to have played for two great coaches, his father Darrell Jones who coached him in high school and Charlie Spoonhour who coached him on the collegiate level at Saint Louis University.
Marcus and his wife Angela opened Jones Physical Therapy in January 2005. He has been practicing physical therapy since graduating from Saint Louis University in 1996 with a Master of Physical Therapy Degree. He obtained his doctorate of physical therapy in 2007 from Southwest Baptist University. His academic background includes a BS in Exercise Science and has since become renowned in our area for his Ola Grimsby spine specialty. Our patients feel very comfortable in his manual skills. Marcus was also the first therapist in the state of Arkansas to acquire an ASTYM certification.
On the personal side Marcus still enjoys playing basketball and attending sporting events with his dad and sister Shannon. Shannon is a former Lady Razorback and to this day Shannon and Coach Jones say that Marcus can't beat them in a game of horse. However, his favorite pastime is spending time with his wife, Angela, daughter, Addie and son, Gavin.
John-Keith Boswell, DPT
John-Keith Boswell, Physical Therapist/Clinical Director, joined JPT December 2012. He has a diverse clinical background with advanced skills in orthopedics, neuro rehab, work-related injuries, knee rehabilitation and wound care. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2006 from the University of Central Arkansas.
John-Keith is a sports enthusiast, growing up he played basketball, soccer and golf for the Goblins. He enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking the Ozarks, floating the Buffalo, and playing sports in his free time. He and his wife, Candace, enjoy two boys - Brekken and Laith. John-Keith says "I look forward to giving back to my home town and raising my kids where I did".
Sayre Sellars, DPT
Sayre Sellars, DPT joined the JPT family in August 2016. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016 and looks forward to her career in outpatient physical therapy. Sayre has an energetic personality and values the humanitarian aspect of health care.
Growing up in a military family, Sayre has lived in many places - she is excited about her new hometown of Mountain Home. She and her husband, Trevor, participate and attend all types of sporting events, loves being outdoors, cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks and spending time with family and friends.
Lucas Collins, DPT
Lucas Collins, DPT joined JPT in May 2017. He completed his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2014 and his Doctorate in Physical therapy in 2017 both at Harding University in Searcy, AR. Dr. Collins has an extensive background in sports, earning All-State status in basketball and golf in his years at Harrison High School and All-American honors in golf at Harding University. He chose the Physical Therapy profession In order to work with people of all ages to improve their health and meet their physical potential.
Dr. Collins enjoys playing golf, waterfowl and deer hunting, bass fishing, and traveling with his wife Nikki. Nikki is also in Physical Therapy school at Harding University and will be joining the JPT family at the conclusion of her studies. He says, "I am looking forward to giving back to the community that has given so much to me."
Rusty Hooten, PTA
Rusty Hooten, Physical Therapy Assistant, joined the team in June 2014. He has 18 years of experience in the Harrison Area as a PTA, working in multiple facets of the therapy field he has acquired advanced skills in orthopedics, neuro rehab, and aquatics.
Rusty graduated from Green Forest High School, North Arkansas Community College and the University of Central Arkansas. He and his wife, Tracy, enjoy two girls, Lorrin and Chloe Bell. "Harrison has provided a wonderful environment to raise our family. I look forward to the opportunity to allow me to maintain a connection with my community and provide quality care," states Hooten.
Dylan Perry, PTA
Dylan Perry, Physical Therapist Assistant, joined the JPT team in July of 2017. Dylan is a graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and is beginning this career at Jones Physical Therapy. Dylan states, "I look forward to devoting my time and energy to serve others, and being a positive impact in the lives of many."
Dylan, his wife Hannah, and their dog Chewie enjoy spending time outdoors whenever they can (especially when there's water involved). The trio is very excited to begin their new lives in the Ozarks and are fully prepared to take advantage of all the area has to offer.
Josh Bundy, MS, OTR/L
Josh Bundy, Occupational Therapist, joined JPT in March 2015. He has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedic rehab, focusing primarily on upper extremity injuries - anything from fingers to post-operative rotator cuff repair. He also specializes in making custom orthopedic splints/braces for finger, hand, wrist and elbow injuries. Josh received his Masters of Occupational Therapy in 2006 from the University of Central Arkansas.
He and his wife, Addie, were both born and raised in Harrison and are proud graduates of Harrison High School. After finishing college at UCA & UAMS they were ready to return to their hometown to practice their professions and start a family. They now have 2 children - Ty and Hadley. They enjoy spending time at the lake with friends and family, and activities with their kids such as baseball, Boy Scouts, gymnastics and dance.
Dana Ewing, LMT
Dana Ewing, LMT, joined the JPT team in September of 2012. Initially hired as a Rehab Specialist, Dana quickly became a favorite among patients and enjoyed great success in that role until September of 2016 when she decided to pursue becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. By 2017, Dana had earned her licensure and now works both as a Rehab Specialist and an LMT. Dana's natural ability, desire to help others, and experience in the field has quickly gained her a solid massage clientele that will only continue to grow.
A graduate of Deer, Dana excelled in athletics in high school which has greatly contributed to her success in the field of Physical Therapy. She enjoys following Razorback Football and Basketball, going to the beach, floating the buffalo, and spending time with her two sons, Jim and Mark.
Ashley Webster, ATC
Ashley Nordin joined the team in June 2012 as the Harrison Goblin Athletic Trainer. She is a graduate of Russellville High School and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at the University of Central Arkansas and her Master's degree in Exercise Physiology at McNeese State University. Ashley has experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of a variety of sports including Division 1 Football, Men's and Women's Soccer, Baseball, and Softball. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association and is a nationally certified athletic trainer.
When not on the sideline, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband Nate, hiking, kayaking and traveling.
Mandy Kisinger, ATC
Mandy Kisinger joined the JPT Athletic Trainer team in November 2012. She has a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Central Arkansas and Master of Science in Education from Concordia University in Wisconsin. She has a passion for assisting high school and college athletes perform at their best.
Mandy grew up in Leslie, Arkansas. In her spare time she and her husband, Doug, enjoy hiking, cooking, and spending time with their family.
Colter Sullivan, Clinic Manager, joined JPT in July of 2007. He began his time at JPT as a Rehab Specialist, but has filled multiple roles throughout his tenure including Front Desk Coordinator, Patient Angel, Administrative Assistant, Marketing Director, Billing Assistant, Supply Manager, and Certified Pool Operator. He graduated with honors from Valley Springs High School and attributes many of his skills and abilities to his experience at JPT.
Colter was married in 2016 to Keraleigh and they are parents to one fur-baby, Mila-Jane. In their spare time, Colter and Kera enjoy playing music, going to concerts, attending Razorback games, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. They're both active worship team members at Crossroads Community Church and Colter also plays in multiple bands that perform throughout northern Arkansas.
Sonya Edwards joined JPT in October 2011 as the Marketing Director/Business Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas. She has 20 years of marketing experience - mainly in the transportation and financial industries and is excited about the opportunity to increase her knowledge in the healthcare field.
Sonya and her husband, Kris, enjoy two children - Shelby and Gatlin. Most of their spare time is spent supporting the kids in their many activities. Sonya is very active in the community as a member of Rotary International and has served on the Board of Directors for the Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Harrison Public Schools Foundation.
